La Vuelta
La Vuelta, the lighthouse cycling tour of Puerto Rico is a three day cycling tour, that will take you around the island of Puerto Rico showcasing nine historical lighthouses, amazing stretches of coastline, small towns, Puerto Rican culture and fabulous food!
This simply means that the cycling community here is thriving just like the tropic weather here. I see nice lightweight sleek road cycles with thin tires every now and then with cyclist in appropriate attire speeding along the highways. Besides there are numerous cheapish mountain bike sort of rides that one can buy here. There are many UPRM students who can bee seen riding those and yes there are BMXs as well.
