I had Installed this great piece of firmware when I got my Canon Powershot A720 IS which is a great camera given its price and capability. I now own a Canon Powershot SX200 IS which has a bit more in almost every aspect compared to Canon Powershot A720 IS. The only drawback of Canon Powershot SX200 IS is that the user cannot manually select the position in the picture to focus on which Canon Powershot A720 IS has and is a great feature.
CHDK (Canon Hack Development Ki) enhance the capability of Canon Powershot cameras and the best thing is that its just temporary and you can get rid of it if you don't want it at any time. Its a great piece of work and its FREE.
